This website is run by It Starts Here Agency LLC ("ISH", "we", "us"), a company registered in Virginia, USA. Our team works across the US, UK, France and Italy. If you have any question about this policy, write to us at [email protected].

02What we collect

We keep it to the minimum:

• When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you book a call: bookings run through Google Calendar. Google collects your name, email and the answers you give on the booking form, and shares them with us so we can meet you.
• When you visit the site: our website host automatically logs basic technical data, like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This keeps the site secure and working.

We don't use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

03How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, run and prepare for calls, send proposals you ask for, and keep the website safe and working. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

04Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the services that help us run ISH:

• Showit, which hosts this website.
• Google (Workspace and Calendar), for email and call bookings.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. If that happens, this policy keeps applying to your information.

05Links to other sites

Our site links to places like Instagram and Google Calendar. When you click through, their own privacy policies apply, so have a look at those too.

06Cookies

We don't set analytics or advertising cookies. Our website host may use a few strictly necessary cookies to keep the site running. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

07How long we keep it

We keep emails and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you or work together, and then for as long as the law requires for our records. After that we delete them.

08Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.

California residents: under California law (CCPA) you have the right to know what we collect, ask us to delete it, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

UK and EU visitors: under GDPR you can also object to or restrict how we use your data, and ask for a copy in a portable format. We use your data because you contacted us (to take steps you asked for) and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to you. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers work.

09Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

10Keeping it safe

We use trusted providers and limit who on our team can see your information. No website or email is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect what you share with us.

11Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be clearly flagged here.
