You're welcome to browse, share our pages and get in touch. Please don't use the site for anything illegal, try to break or hack it, scrape it, or pretend to be someone you're not.
Everything on this site, including the text, design, graphics, photos, logo and the names "It Starts Here" and "ISH", belongs to us or the people who licensed it to us. You can't copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission. Sharing a link is always fine.
Our case studies describe real work we've done. Some client names are kept private under confidentiality agreements. The numbers show what happened for those brands. They're not a promise of what will happen for yours, because every brand, budget and market is different.

Booking a call or emailing us doesn't create a contract. Any services we provide will be covered by a separate proposal or agreement. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
We link to other services, like Instagram and Google Calendar for booking calls. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they treat your data. Their own terms apply.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.
As far as the law allows, ISH isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss caused by using, or not being able to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the costs that result.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
